All Alu Space internal French door options are manufactured to make sizes. Your quote will be generated from your
width and height in millimetres.

If you select a glazed option, the glass cost is calculated from area and specification, then included within your quotation.
Midrails and design
You can specify your French doors with:

- 3-midrail design
3-midrail designs add an additional cost depending on configuration. If you want a more classic steel-look grid,
3 midrails is normally the better match.

Hinged door hardware can be specified with:

Standard options include Black RAL 9005 Matt. Special RAL is available.
If you choose Special RAL (same both sides), pricing is calculated as a percentage of the base door price with a minimum charge applied.

Supply only quotes include delivery priced by postcode and a 10-year manufacturer guarantee. You will also
receive guidance on make sizes and a practical installation guide to support your installer.
Supply and CompleteFit
Where available, we can provide Supply and CompleteFit which includes installation and a 10-year manufacturer
guarantee. Installation availability is postcode-dependent, and pricing includes both a survey fee and installation.
If your postcode is outside the installation coverage area, we will provide supply only pricing.
Supply and CompleteFit assumes the opening is prepared and ready for installation. Removal and disposal of existing items is not included and may be chargeable following survey.
Delivery and fitting areas
Delivery costs are calculated from postcode prefixes, including free delivery in many areas and higher delivery
bands for remote locations.
Installation is available in select regions and is assessed using postcode coverage rules, including a local zone and a wider 2-hour zone.

The Alu Space internal door system is not fire rated.

Yes. Quotes are generated from your make sizes and the doors are manufactured to your specified dimensions within the valid ranges.
Can I choose different glazing types?
Yes. You can choose unglazed or toughened glazing options including reeded, satin, clear and panelling options.
Do you offer a French door with side screens or a top light?
Yes. You can select French doors with 1 screen, 2 screens, a top section, or a combined top and screen configuration.
Can I add a lock?
Yes. Lock options include key lockable and thumbturn lockable, or you can choose no lock.
Do you install nationwide?
Installation is only available in select postcode areas. If installation is not available in your area, we will provide a supply only quote.
Is the Alu Space system fire rated?
No. The Alu Space system is not fire rated.
What is the standard colour?
Black RAL 9005 Matt is a common selection, and Special RAL is available.
What is the difference between 2 and 3 midrails?
A 3-midrail design adds an additional horizontal bar and changes the overall look. It also adds an additional cost depending on configuration.
